elborne offers free ground shipping on all orders within the United States. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Your shipping confirmation will include your order details and shipping method. Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Priority is given to rush shipments.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details including your tracking number.
For International orders, customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes and/or fees where applicable. All international sales are final and not eligible to return or exchange.

elborne accepts returns on non-sale merchandise within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. All sales are final for international customers. All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and all tags attached.
Please note that elborne does not accept returns for intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, or cosmetics.
Sale merchandise is always final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
A refund will be issued to your card once returned items are received. It may take up to 14 days from the date we process your refund for it to be reflected on your card.
