The ever talented (and adorable) Chloe Corcarelli’s first vegan fast-casual restaurant, By Chloe in New York City’s West Village challenges popular perception of what vegans eat. The vegan chef partnered with Samantja Wasser of ESquared Hospitality to bring her restaurant dreams to fruition. The result? A cheery and inviting space serving up innovative vegan flare.
